CNC Turning

Multi-axis CNC turning centres with bar capacity up to 100mm. Tight dimensional control across large production batches.

CNC Milling (VMC)

3, 4, and 5-axis vertical machining centres for complex prismatic and multi-feature components requiring tight tolerances.

Casting & Forging

In-house die casting alongside hydraulic hot and cold forging presses for valve bodies, fittings, and blanks up to 2kg.

Thread Rolling

Precision thread rolling for superior surface finish and strength compared to cut threads, to all major international standards.

Surface Finishing

Nickel, chrome, and tin plating, electropolishing, passivation, and buffing - matched to application and corrosion requirements.

Sheet Metal

Stamping, piercing, forming, and cutting across brass, stainless steel, and mild steel to customer specifications.

Quality Inspection

Spectrometry, hardness testing, thread gauges, surface roughness, and CMM checks at every stage of production.

Assembly & Kitting

Sub-assembly, kitting, and custom packaging built for just-in-time delivery requirements.
